The Midnight Sun, when the Sun doesn't set at all, is truly magical and and it's wonderful for photography. But not everything is positive about it. If you experience it for a long period of time, it can negatively effect your sleeping pattern, performance, focus and health.
A few tips on how to cope with that:
- dark curtains in your bedroom.
- wear sunglasses while you are out during the evening.
- keep a consistent schedule.
- exercise preferable in the morning, not in the evening.
- avoid junk food.
