Musk Ox, spotted in Kangerlussua

These animals are not only magnificent-looking, but they are also very good at multiplying. In 1960s, 27 musk oxen were flown to Kangerlussuaq from Northeast Greenland. Nowadays, due to very good environmental conditions, there are over 10,000 of them roaming the surroundings of the settlement.
