OK, I have not taken every single scenic flight available to make the statement above with a 100% certainty. But I have a feeling this is at least one of the most scenic flights in the world. See for yourself and tell me if you agree.
Fly with me. It's early morning in Kathmandu, Nepal. You arrive at the airport just after the sunrise. You think of the saying "life is a journey and not a destination" because the flight you are boarding is exactly that. For the next hour, you will be cruising above the majestic Himalayas range with no final destination, nothing to wait for, nothing to distract you. It will be just you surrounded by some of the best views you will ever see in your life. Take it all in.

Many regions of Himalayas are still impenetrable to ordinary travelers. We are yet to explore many remote areas of this young and dynamic mountain range. You feel an overwhelming feeling of gratitude that you get to see it all for yourself.

You see that mountain with a very windy peak? This is mount Everest. It's height is 29,029 ft (8,848 m). It is not only the highest peak in the Himalayas, but the highest peak on the entire planet.
While being the highest peak in the world, mount Everest is often mistakenly considered the tallest mountain, too. However, when measured from base to peak, Mauna Kea in Hawaii actually takes the title of the tallest mountain. This is due to Mauna Kea's location on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, with its base sitting below sea level, while Mount Everest's base is above sea level.

The airplane window is old and covered in scratches. But who cares when the scenery is like this.

The Himalayas contain the third-largest amount of ice and snow in the world, following Antarctica and the Arctic. The range is home to approximately 15,000 glaciers.

The Himalayas cover approximately 75% of Nepal. It is also one of the youngest mountain ranges on the planet.

There are rare moments in life when right here right now you realize that you are living what will become one of the most cherished memories of your life.

Thank you for sharing this flight and these memories with me. Safe landing!
